Upon arrival you will be pleased to find a parking space just outside the property for your vehicle. As well as the beautiful views of the river Cleddau. 

The Ground floor is home to both the bedrooms, sophistically decorated to a  contemporary style. Including a double and bunk room. Both bedrooms benefit from the use of the bathroom which boasts a large bath and shower, along with a small utility area hosting a washer dryer. 

Venture upstairs to the second floor to find the remainder of the house, with an open plan living and dining area. Equipped with a neighbouring dining table for family meal times. The living area is  contemporary styled with modern sofas, coffee table a  smart tv and an open fire. 

Station cottage hosts a generous sized kitchen equipped with all the essentials needed for your stay. Just off the kitchen is a small balcony which traps most of the summer sun. 

Finishing off the property is a rear garden filled with rattan furniture to relax on those warm summer evenings.

Whilst on your holiday we want you to enjoy yourselves as much as possible, although there are a few rules we would like you to abide by. 

As station cottage is a terraced house with lovely neighbours we do ask for the noise to be kept to a minimum. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Although there is a garden to the rear of the property.

Things to do

Station cottage is perfectly positioned for you to explore all aspects of Pembrokeshire. A short drive in the car will take you to some of Pembrokeshire’s many beautiful beaches such as Barafundel Bay, Freshwater West or the coastal resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot can be reached in 25 minutes. Local attractions such as Folly Farm and Oakwood Them Park are also just a short drive away. Station cottage is a short walk away from Neyland Marina where you will find bars and restaurants serving meals with locally sourced ingredients, fine wines and much more.

Stone Hall Mill is perfectly placed for you to enjoy all aspects of Pembrokeshire and its wonderful coastline. Within 5 miles of Pembrokeshire’s most beautiful beaches including Abermawr beach, Marloes sands and the popular Newgale. Newgale is lined with Cafes, bars and restaurants making it the perfect day out for the whole Family. 

Stone Hall Mill is a short drive away from the popular Pembrokeshire town of Haverfordwest, harbouring many of the major supermarkets for you to collect all your holiday essentials. 

On those rainy days Pembrokeshire has much to offer to keep the little ones occupied such as, hangar 5 trampoline park, west wales go karting, blue lagoon waterpark to name a few all a short drive away from the property.

Things to do

St Dogmaels is a small village overlooking the River Teifi a mile downstream from the bustling town of Cardigan. The coastline offers stunning beaches, golden sands and rugged coves in all directions.

There is a lot of exploring to be done in this area, for instance a boat trip around Cardigan Bay is a must to see. Resident Bottlenose Dolphins, Porpoise and Grey Seals are a common site. The 186-mile long Pembrokeshire Coast Path starts in St Dogmaels village and continues south as far as Amroth to the south. St Dogmaels houses the remains of a 12th century St Dogmaels Abbey and, most importantly has a pub, mini-market and fish and chip shop right on your doorstep!

A short distance from this dog friendly holiday cottage is Cardigan. You can enjoy the Farmers Market, which is held every Tuesday, offering a wide range of local produce such as vegetables, meat, cakes, bread, seafood, cheese and hand-crafted textiles and much, much more.

About the property

Savouring an elevated position Briars is a quaint semi detached cottage. Within easy reach of the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline and superb scenery. This is a fantastic dwelling for a family of 4 who love adventure.

To the left side of the property there is ample parking for 2 vehicles. Finding the key press near the side entrance will bring you into the spacious kitchen area that additionally provides you with a wide range of appliances for added convenience. Progress through to the open plan living / dining area which has been designed with relaxation in mind, furnished with a large cosy settee and toasty log burner. When dinner is ready enjoy as a family on the neighbouring dining table with your loved ones.

The ground floor hosts the family bathroom with a bath, over head shower, sink and W.C. Attached to the bathroom is a small storage facility. Venture up the staircase to find 2 well presented bedrooms under the roof eaves for extra coziness. Including one master bedroom consisting of a double bed, the second bedroom is close by and hosts 2 single beds.

Through the front door is a small patio area perfect for having your morning coffee, looking over the bridle way and listening to the quietness of the countryside.

The cottage is pet friendly, although whilst playing outside we do advise you keep your furry friends to the front garden as the back garden is not fully sustainable for our doggy friends.

Things to do

Briars is down a small country lane called Little Honeyborough Lane.
Honeyborough is located between the two towns of Neyland and Milford Haven. Neyland is a small town lying on the river Cleddau home to a marina where there are bars and restaurants to enjoy home cooked meals and drinks. Neyland has a small Co-Op supermarket that stocks the basic essentials. Neyland is around 5-10 minute drive into the town.

Milford Haven is a small town and community situated on the north side of the Haven waterway. An estuary forming a natural harbour surrounded by a marina packed with bars and restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with cocktails and local ales and beers. Milford Haven is the home to many local shops along the marina and a Tesco supermarket fully stocked with the essentials you need. Milford Haven is around a 10 minute drive into the town. 

Between these two towns you are in a perfect position to enjoy all that Pembrokeshire has to offer, within a 20 minute drive to biggest hot spots in Pembrokeshire and blue flag beaches perfect for your puppies to enjoy.
