22 Vanguard house is well a presented modern apartment that accommodates 5 guests with 3 bedrooms looking over Milford Waterfront. As you enter the apartment you will see 2 bedrooms one with a single bed and another with a double bed to your left as you walk down the Hall way leading to the family bathroom that features a shower, sink and W.C
To your right you have a large living, kitchen and dining area fully furnished for all your holiday needs. In the dining area you have a staircase leading up to the mezzanine floor which hosts the third bedroom with a double bed and En suite equipped with a bath and shower sink and W.C.
The property is fully equipped with central heating, Wifi and television with Amazon tv fire stick. 22 Vanguard is situated above the Crowns nest cafe. Serving breakfast, lunches and coffess daily.

Whilst on your holiday we want you to enjoy yourselves as much as possible, but there are a few rules we would like you to abide by .
As this lovely apartment is in a block with other residents we politely ask the noise to be kept to a minimum.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the apartment block itself.
Unfortunately this property is not pet friendly. You will have to leave your 4 legged friends at home.
This is to ensure the safety and other residents of the apartment block.
