Y Llofft Wair is a stone barn conversion based near Solva, St Brides Bay in Pembrokeshire.
The property is found down a private cul-de-sac drive, set amongst a small group of cottages, which share lawns, with country views. Step into this warm and welcoming holiday home with its open-plan living/dining area with separate kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable sofa with two arm chairs, perfect for relaxing in the evening in front of the log burner. In the same room a dining area with seating for four people.

The kitchen is a wonderful example of a modern living space, it has wooden fitted units and wooden style worktops, the kitchen is equipped with all the holiday home essentials.
Down the small set of steps is the large family bathroom which has a combination bath and shower. There are two bedrooms: one double and one bunk room, ideal for small families looking for a countryside break. Both bedrooms have been styled with a minimal decor and high-quality furnishings to make it feel as welcoming as possible.

Outside has a front stone courtyard with furniture provided, there’s a shared lawned area for picnics, surrounded by open countryside.

Nearby attractions in Pembrokeshire include: The smallest city in the UK St Davids, with it’s 12th century Cathedral, the final resting place of St David the patron saint of Wales – The country town of Haverfordwest hosts a 13th century castle and a local history & heritage museum. The Solva Woollen Mill, the oldest Woollen Mill in Wales, not to be missed! There is plenty to do to suit all in this beautiful & diverse area. Walking, cycling, surfing or fishing is a must in Pembrokeshire. Enjoying stunning coastal views and sunsets. Why not pay a visit to Folly Farm or Oakwood fun park, or have a delicious meal of Fish & Chips in the Shed at Porthgain.
