The Property

Hill House is a beautifully renovated holiday home that can comfortably accommodate a family or group wanting to enjoy all the wonders that Pembrokeshire has to offer.

As you enter the hallway of the property, to the left you met with a large lounge area, with patio doors opening up on to a lovely seating area, leading to a raised garden area. Off the lounge, you have a fully equipped utility area, as well as large family kitchen, perfect for dining in and making special memories with loved ones.

At the end of the hallway, you proceed upstairs to the first double bedroom. At the top of the staircase, to the right you are met with the Master King bedroom and en-suite. Directly in front of you, to the left, you will find the main family bathroom with bath and shower facilities, and to the right, you are met with Twin bedroom, with walk-in wardrobe area.

And, did we mention it is dog-friendly too! Perfect for morning and evening strolls, along the Marina.

The Exterior

Hill House is positioned on a quiet street, a stones throw from the beautiful views of Milford Haven Marina. With a private courtyard, with steps leading up to a rocky raised garden area. Ideal for a Summer evening, having wandered the breadth of Pembrokeshire.

The Surrounding

Milford Marina is home to plenty of restaurants, bars, art galleries, nautical museums, beauty and gift shops, as well as a bowling alley! With a local cinema/theatre in Milford town centre, Milford really is the place to spend your holiday.

Milford Haven is a good base to explore all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. You are within easy reach of Blue Flag Beaches, many visitor attractions, plus the county town of Haverfordwest is only 8 miles away.

Nearby attractions in Pembrokeshire include: The smallest city in the UK St Davids, with it’s 12th century Cathedral, the final resting place of St David the patron saint of Wales – Whitesands Beach, St. Davids, is a Blue Flag beach, which is dog-friendly during the quieter months, and famous for its surfing appeal. You will also find St Davids City links golf club, open all week, with scenic views over Whitesands Bay and St David’s Head, and where visitors are welcome. The county town of Haverfordwest, with its 13th century castle and a local history & heritage museum. The Solva Woollen Mill, the oldest Woollen Mill in Wales, is one not to be missed! There is plenty to do, to suit all, in this beautiful & diverse area; Walking, cycling, surfing or fishing. Sightseeing, driving down quiet country lanes, enjoying stunning coastal views and sunsets.
