Before you Leave!
To make sure you have all the information and bits and bobs you need for your stay we have outlined some key details that will make your arrival stress free.
Access to the property
Before you arrive, we’ll provide you with an access key code. This will allow you to check yourself into the property. Keep an eye out for the access code in your inbox one week before arrival. It will be a link from our booking system Bookster HQ.
Please ensure you have the access code before you travel.
If you haven’t received it before you leave, please get in touch. There’s nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night!) and not being able to get in! We want to make your check-in as easy as possible.
To get into the property
Simply enter the access code provided and unlock the safe. This will release the keys you need to gain access during your stay.
We recommend leaving the keys back in the key safe when you leave the property for the day to ensure they are safe and also to allow other members of your party to arrive or enter the property at different times if needed. Only 1x set of keys are supplied per property.
Damage Deposit
A security deposit of £250 per booking is required. These monies are to be paid 7-days prior to your arrival. It is released 3-days post departure once the Owner and/or Agent have checked the property and checks have been completed.
In the unlikely event that damage to the property or its contents has occurred, the Agency reserves the right to retain part or all the security deposit to cover damages. Any accidental damage should be reported to the Agent at the time.
Please note, before any monies are withheld or retained, a full investigation will be carried out and you will be informed each step of the way.

This is not an extensive list but you may find useful:
- Personal toiletries – toothpaste etc. We do provide a small toiletry pack aimed to see you through your first couple of nights.
- Travel Insurance – if applicable
- Beach Towels
- Any additional items you may require that has not already been supplied.
Groceries
Depending on the room you have in your vehicle or how close the holiday home is to local convenience stores. You may want to consider an online delivery service. This can be arranged after the time of your arrival from any of the below grocery stores we have on offer in Pembrokeshire:
Equipment
The majority of our properties contain:

We ask all guests to request the use of this equipment so we are able to instruct our in-house housekeeping team to leave the equipment assembled for your arrival.

Directions!
The easiest way to navigate to the property is by using the various map options we have provided below.
Once on the map, you will see the blue house icon. This is where you are staying. Simply click it and then click “get directions”. It will open Google Maps and the endpoint (the holiday home) will be filled in. You simply need to type in your starting point.

Parking!
There is 1x numbered parking space outside the apartment exclusively for your use. Any additional cars must be parked outside the complex in the public carparks.
Check in time is at 5pm
You will receive all of your check-in details via your Guest Portal once your damage deposit has been paid. These will be released a few days before your arrival and will contain all of the key codes you require.
If you are arriving earlier than this please get in touch – if we don’t have any departing guests we may be able to accommodate you.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to park up close by and take a walk to explore your surroundings.

Once you have arrived…
On your arrival if the standards are not to the property specification. We require this to be reported within the first 24-hours of your arrival to allow NetLet to address these areas. This report can be made by:

FYI – our housekeepers will come in to change bed lines, etc, once a week. We will be in touch with a timeframe if you stay is 10-days or more.
The Essentials
Inside the cupboard as you enter the apartment you will find a wireless router providing high speed internet to the house.
Please note that the blue glowing light should always be on.
If it isn’t then the connection is faulty. In this case please turn the unit off (from the switch), wait 1-minute and then switch on again. If it fails after restarting please call us. Do not attempt to fix it yourself.

We always maintain the temperature at around 16-20 degrees, and it shouldn’t be necessary to adjust it beyond that range.
However, if you do need to, you can simply adjust the thermostat in the holiday home.

Please ensure all doors and windows are closed whilst heating is running otherwise it will not operate efficiently.
The beds have been freshly made up for your stay and there are towels in the bathrooms.
Once a week the housekeepers will arrive to change your sheets and bring you new towels.
On your departure day, please leave beds and place all used towels in the bath.
Any unused linens should be left on the beds.
All rubbish is to be placed into the black bin bags provided – this includes any nappies and tied doggie bags (if applicable).
All black bags should be placed in allocated outdoor/wheelie bins provided on site.

Your rubbish will be collected on your changeover day.
Any glass is to be kept separate and this will be collected on your departure, if not kept separate there will be a surcharge for sorting.

Safety Information and Rules
If you are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people.
As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence!
Specifically, between the hours of 9pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
This property is NOT Pet friendly.
This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke inside.
Feel free to smoke outside but remember to keep the area clean and free from cigarette butts.
On Departure
Check-out is 10:00am.
Should you wish to leave later than this please contact us beforehand.
If we have guests arriving it will be tricky – but we will always try!
On the day of departure please note the following
- All rubbish should be placed in tied black bags and left inside the front door of the property or in wheelie/outdoor bins provided on site.
- Please vacate the property promptly at 9.30am on the day of your departure. This includes the removal of your vehicle from the parking space. We require this space for the housekeepers to carry out the departure clean. Failure to do this within a reasonable amount of time, could result in an additional charge to the value of 1-night’s stay.
- Ensure everything is switched off and that you have all your belongings.
- Please leave the key back in the key press safely and reset key press code
