The Oaks | Pembroke
About the property
Holyland House is a very well known historic building within Pembrokeshire with lots of history behind it! It came into ownership of the Adams family in 1422 and was passed down along 19 generations of the family until it was purchased in 2009 and made into the apartments that you can now rent out for your stay in Pembrokeshire. Holyland House was also used by the British army during WW2!
Upon arrival at this property you will find the lush shared lawn that leads to the property. There are also two secure parking spaces within the courtyard.
As you enter the beautifully decorated apartment you will immediately find the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need for making your favourite meals.
Walking through the living area, admiring the breathtaking country views you will soon find the master bedroom. Fully equipped with a comfortable king bed, perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day of exploring. Adjacent to the master bedroom you will find the full, family bathroom.
East of the kitchen you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom has a zip and link bed! Meaning that this can be either left as two singles or can be made up into a second king size bed. In here you’ll also find the ensuite bathroom, this has a lovely shower/bath combination.
The grounds of The Oaks are private to those who are staying at this gorgeous country home but at the bottom of the garden there is a small gate that leads to the Holyland Woods, this is fully accessible to the public. Feel free to head on a leisurely walk through the woods as it leads you into Pembroke town.
